Unfortunaltely, product launches are subject to the brand productions and we can not get old models or previous releases.

You should have received a confirmation email. If you did not see the confirmation email please check your SPAM folder. If the order appears on your account as "Processing" or "Complete", the order has been done.
There are two reasons why you may not see your could order on your account.
- 1 - That you have placed the order before creating an account. In this case you will no see previously placed orders but you will see the new ones once you have created an account.

Do not forget to include the form when sending the shoes. It is also important to protect the shoe box. You can use the same box as your order. If you want to ensure the size and model you should make a new order and then process the return
You have up to 14 days after receiving the order to make a return or exchange. If your purchase was ordered between December 15th and January 5th you’ll get 16 extra days to make a return according to the conditions of the Christmas special return warranty.

The return cost is paid by the customer. If the shipment has any custom charges, it will be paid by sivasdescalzo and subtracted frrom the amount to be refunde
If you make the return within the 14 days after reception of your order, the refund will be done by our customer service team using the same payment method used for the purchase. This can take from 1 to 7 working days.
Yes. You can return any product in-stores. However we can not always make a refund in-store. Then the refund will be done by our customer service team using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Christmas extended return warranty is an extension of the return timing for all purchases made between December 15th of 2015 and January 5th of 2016. If you purchase between these dates, after the 14th days for a normal return you’ll have 16 extra days to make a return and receive a store credit for the amount of your return. You'll find the store credit as SVD credit at the checkout of your purchase which you could use partially or in its totality as a payment method. The SVD credit expires 6 months after your return.

The SVD credit is an amount that can be used to purchase in sivasdescalzo. The SVD credit can be used partially or in its totality as a payment method. You need to sign in in order to see the SVD credit available at the checkout of your purchases under the rubric "customer credit". Note that the SVD credit can't be transfered and will expire after 6 months of being given.
