RETURNS
- How can I make an exchange or get a refund?
- 1.- Print this form. Fill out the form and send us the item you want to return in its original packaging (the shoe box inside a shipping box), ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn and unused, along with the form. If tape, writing or labels damage the shoebox, we will have to charge you a 25€ fee. You must send the item at your charge.
- 2.- Please refer to our delivery table to see which return / exchange fees are applicable to your country.
- 3.- If you get the wrong item or your item is broken, please contact us by email or phone before returning it. Make sure to have your order number on hand.

- How long do I have to return an item?
- You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
- On returns made between 14 to 30 days following the product's reception, 20% of the value of the item will be penalized. No returns will be permitted after 30 days that the product was received.
- Do I incur any costs for returning an item?

- What happens if I want to cancel my pre-order?
- If you want to cancel your pre-order before it arrives in stores, you may choose between:
- receiving a full credit for your purchase on any other sivasdescalzo product, valid for one year.

- If you want to cancel your pre-order before it arrives in stores, you may choose between:

- You will receive a refund based on your original method of payment.
- When will I receive my refund?
- After the return has been accepted (the item must arrive in perfect condition and still have its tag), you will receive an email confirmation indicating the amount that will be transfered back to your account within the next few days.
- Please keep in mind that the reimbursement delay will depend on your bank.
- What happens if the amount reimbursed is incorrect?

- Sivasdescalzo.com reserves the right to deny a refund that is communicated or sent after the stipulated period, or any item not returned in its original packaging.
EXCHANGES
- Can I exchange an item I bought?
- Articles purchased through sivasdescalzo.com can be exchanged for another size, as long as they are returned in perfect condition and are in stock.
- If you want to make an exchange by delivery, you must first request it by contacting us at returns@sivasdescalzo.com. In order to guarantee an exchange with the item and size of your choice, we recommend you make a new order, and make the return separately as to avoid unnecessary delays.
