Moving also means knowing when to stop. For the Fall/Winter 2026 season, the Swiss brand On and British artist FKA Twigs shift the focus from training to recovery, presenting a collection where rest becomes an essential part of movement itself.
FKA Twigs: Music, dance and boundless creativity
Few contemporary artists have built a creative universe as personal as FKA Twigs. Born in Cheltenham (United Kingdom) as Tahliah Debrett Barnett, the singer, songwriter, producer, dancer, and actress burst onto the music scene in the early 2010s with a style that blurred the lines between alternative R&B, electronic music, performance art, and visual art.
Since the release of LP1 (2014), followed by works such as MAGDALENE (2019), CAPRISONGS (2022) and EUSEXUA (2025), FKA Twigs has established a career marked by constant experimentation and a strong stage presence. Her projects integrate choreography, fashion, art direction, and sound design into a single language, turning each release into a multidisciplinary experience.
Her collaboration with On began by reimagining the brand’s training category from a completely new perspective. Rather than simply starring in campaigns, FKA Twigs has actively participated in the creative development of the collections, bringing her vision of movement as a physical, emotional, and artistic practice to life. This new collection delves even deeper into that philosophy, exploring the moment after exertion: recovery as an inseparable part of the creative and athletic process.
On Cloudmonster 3 Mule x FKA Twigs
The new collection centers on the On Cloudmonster 3 Mule x FKA Twigs, the first mule-style model developed by On. Conceived as a recovery shoe, this new silhouette invites you to slow down without sacrificing performance or design, reinterpreting rest as a conscious gesture within everyday movement.
The On Cloudmonster 3 Mule x FKA Twigs feature an open-heel slip-on construction and a midsole with triple-layer CloudTec®, designed for post-workout or post-performance wear. With this launch, the Swiss brand brings all the engineering characteristics of its On Cloud line to a completely new format, expanding its universe beyond traditional running.
The collection is available in two colorways inspired by natural pigments and earth tones: Cacao/Espresso (3MG30346025 and 3WG30326025) and Loess/Hare (3MG30343132 and 3WG30323132). The campaign, creatively directed by FKA Twigs herself and photographed by Sharna Osborne with an aesthetic inspired by 1990s VHS tapes, visually explores this idea of recovery through sculptural poses and compositions that place the body in a state of mindful calm.
The collection is rounded out with garments and accessories crafted from heavyweight cotton in relaxed silhouettes, such as the Club Collective Full Zip Hoodie, the Club Collective Pants, and the Studio Bodysuit. Its launch was accompanied by an immersive event at Seoul’s Oil Tank Culture Park, conceived by FKA Twigs as a sensory experience where nature, sound, and movement invited participants to realign their bodies and nervous systems.
