Can I return a product in one of your physical stores?

Currently, our SVD Barcelona and Madrid stores are temporarily closed. For now, it is not possible to request an appointment or manage a return. If you usually process your return in our store in Barcelona or Madrid, please contact us indicating the order number and "Refund SVD Madrid" or "Refund SVD Barcelona" in the subject of your message. We regret not being able to offer the usual services for security reasons. We will notify our reopening through the usual communication channels.

Usually yes, it is possible to return a product in any of our physical stores. We will be happy to assist you, both for the return management and for a product change. Although it is not a requirement, we always recommend you bring the completed returns form to the store to ease the process.

Remember that all returned orders, even those returned in-store, are always refunded by the same type of payment with which you made your purchase. In case you have purchased through the online store, you will receive the refund through the bank card or Paypal account with which you paid your purchase.
