Currently our SVD Barcelona and Madrid stores are temporarily closed. It is not possible to request an appointment or to process a return. We regret not being able to offer the usual services for security reasons. We will notify our reopening through the usual communication channels.
Yes, it is possible to return a product in any of our physical stores. We will be happy to assist you, both for the return management and for a product change. Although it is not a requirement, we always recommend you bring the completed returns form to the store to ease the process.
Remember that all returned orders, even those returned in-store, are always refunded by the same type of payment with which you made your purchase. In case you have purchased through the online store, you will receive the refund through the bank card or Paypal account with which you paid your purchase.
