Currently, our SVD Barcelona and Madrid stores are temporarily closed. At this time, it is not possible to request an appointment or manage a return. If you usually process your return in our Barcelona or Madrid store, please contact us indicating the order number and "SVD Madrid Return" or "SVD Barcelona Return" in the subject of your message. We regret not being able to offer the usual services for security reasons. We will notify our reopening through the usual communication channels.
Normally, yes, you can hand over the product which you wish to return to any of our physical stores within the 14 days after you have received the order.
Take note that both the product and the parcel must be in perfect condition, as well as any label. Even if not strictly required, we always recommend you to bring the returns form to the store -filled out in order to speed up the process.
The refund will be of the same nature as the original payment, and in no way, a purchase placed online can be refunded in cash.
If the product is defective, the Returns Department might be in charge of the incidence, in order to review the product's status.
