I already have a customer account. What can I do if I cannot see an order on it?

You may have placed your order as a guest and that's why your purchase doesn't appear in your orders.

Keep in mind that in order to have your orders appear in your purchases' history, you will have to log in to your MySVD account first and place the order only afterwards.

Even so, if you accidentally buy as a guest rather than logging in, you can always contact our team in order to link that specific purchase to your customer account.
