Air Force 1

The Nike Air Force 1 was the first basketball shoe that featured Air technology for cushioning. Designer Bruce Kilgore designed a circular outsole pattern to facilitate the pivot move. The Air Force, named after the plane that carries the President of the United States, was a true icon during the 80s, becoming the first sneaker to be re-issued in 1986.
