Returns

Conditions to return one or more items from an order

  • Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products.
  • The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
  • At SVD we do not offer exchanges. If you wish, you can process a return and place a new order with the desired size.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
    • Footwear: be sure to try on the footwear with clean socks. To avoid damaging the sole of new footwear, be sure to try them on a protected surface.
  • The item must be returned with the brand's tags and box or envelope in their original condition.
    • Footwear: the brand’s original box must be in perfect condition.
    • Clothing: protect clothes with their original box or envelope, or with a bag. Do not forget to include the labels of the products.
    • Beauty, Skin Care, Perfumes, Candles & Home Scents: must be returned unused, unopened and with their safety seals.
  • Socks, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Step 1
Choose a return method

1.1 Return your order free of charge in one of our physical stores:

  • SVD Barcelona: Calle Bailèn 18, 08010, Barcelona, Spain.

  • SVD Madrid: Calle Churruca 5, 28004, Madrid, Spain.

  • If you chose this method, simply bring us the product in its original box or envelope, no shipping box needed. You can skip to Step 3 for the rest of the return process.


    1.2 Return with InPost: drop off your package at a collection point

    Drop off your package at the nearest collection point. Start the return process from MySVD, make your payment and drop off your package at the collection point. We'll take care of the rest. We recommend this method as it's the easiest and you don't need a printer. This method is only available in some countries. Check the options available by logging in to MySVD and starting the return process.

    1.3 Send us the product:

    Please note: Returns cannot be made in person at this logistics centre. If you go to the delivery address, the return will not be accepted. If you usually drop off your returns at one of our SVD stores, and they are temporarily closed, please contact our Support team.

    Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.

    Step 2
    Start the return process from MySVD

    Log in to MySVD, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions.

    If you choose to make a return via a collection point, you will need to take your product to a collection point. If you choose to make a return on your own, you will need to print out the form found on MySVD and send us the product.

    Step 3
    Receive your refund

    Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, SVD will issue a credit to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to be effective in your account, this depends exclusively on your bank.
