Conditions for returning one or more items

• How long do I have to return my order?

  You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it. The deadline for returns is listed in your order details.

• Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?

  At SVD, we do not offer exchanges. You can return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the one you need. More information on how to determine your size here.

• What conditions must products meet to be eligible for return?

  Shoes must be returned in their original box in perfect condition; clothing must have its tags and original packaging; and cosmetics, perfumes, and fragrances must be unused, unopened, and with their seals intact. Additionally, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that we do not accept returns of socks, underwear, or swimwear.

• How do I choose the return method, and how much does it cost?

  Check the return methods available for your country when you start the return process from your MySVD account. You’ll be able to find out the cost of each method during this process, except for the “Return on Your Own” method, as its cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

• Will shipping and/or return costs be refunded?

  Shipping and/or return fees will not be refunded, unless there was an error on our part with your order or the product is defective. For more information, please see the “Right of Withdrawal” section of our Purchase Conditions.

• Can I return different orders using the same shipping label?

  No, each label corresponds to a single order. For example, if you’ve placed two separate orders and want to return items from both, you’ll need to process two separate returns. We do not accept returns that include different orders shipped with the same shipping label.

• From where can I return an order?

  You can only return an order from the same city or province where you received it. For example, if your order was delivered in Barcelona, you cannot return it from Madrid.
