Nike Air Force 1
The Nike Air Force 1 launched in 1982 as the first basketball shoe to feature an air pocket in the heel. Their designer Bruce Kilgore named the kicks after the plane that carries the President of the United States. Nowadays, they are a symbol of hip-hop culture and some of Nike's most popular silhouettes.
