Pop Trading Company was founded in 2013 by Peter Kolks and Ric van Rest -two Dutch skate enthusiasts who wanted to redefine the scene under their own terms. Today the brand is known for its refined designs, its renowned collabs and its active presence in the local Benelux scene.
Known to many as "The best new skate brand." Pop Trading Company took its first steps in 2013, distributing skate brands such as Palace, Polar and Magenta in the Benelux market. In 2016, it started its own label, gaining followers around the world thanks to its refined design and ingenious reworking of the pieces that were fashionable when its founders, Peter Kolks and Ric Van Rest, began skating in the 1990s.
