The regular delivery time of your order could be affected during special periods such as Christmas, sales or one-time offers, due to the high volume of shipments.
Our stock is distributed in several warehouses, so if your order consists of several items, you may receive more than one package.
Shipping to States or Territories of EU Member States and the European Economic Area (EEA) is free of customs charges.
Orders to Canary Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Norway are subject to certain customs tax and rates that must be paid by the customer, who will be responsible for paying the applicable taxes in these territories (e.g. IGIC in the Canary Islands) as well as customs tax and rates when requested by tax authorities.
When shipping outside the EU, any customs duties and taxes, as well as taxes applicable at the point of destination, must be paid by the customer.
International sales are not subject to VAT refunds.
No orders can be shipped to post office boxes or military bases.
