Returns

Given the actual situation regarding Covid-19 we have extended the return period.

International orders (outside Spain): return period is extended to 30 days since you receive your purchase.

National orders (Spain): you will have 14 days to proceed with your return from the lifting of the state of alert.

To return one or more items from an order:

  • The return must be done from the same country that the shipment was made.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
    • Footwear: Make sure to try on footwear with clean socks. To not damage the soles of new footwear, please make sure to test them on a carpeted surface.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
    • Footwear: the original box must be in perfect condition.
    • Clothing: protect it with its original packaging or with a bag. Do not forget to include product labels.

Print the returns form

Returns originating in the EU: Download the EU returns form here, print it, fill it out and put it in the box.

Returns originating outside the UE: Download the international returns form here, print it, fill it out and put it in the box.

If you can’t print, copy the form on a paper sheet, fill in the details, and put it inside the box.

Step 2
Put your return in a protection box

You must use a safe box according to the size and volume of your products. SVD’s original box will do.

Step 3
Send us the product

Use the delivery services of your choice and ship to: Calle Santander 49-51, nave 19. 08020 Barcelona - Spain.

Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note that you'd better use a shipping service that covers customs and import expenses at destination.

Step 4
Receive your refund

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, SVD will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
