*After the return has been accepted (the item must arrive in perfect condition and still have its tag), you will receive an email confirmation indicating the amount that will be transferred back to your account within the next few days.

In case that the shoes had not traveled with adequate protection, and the box or the product has been damaged, the return will be rejected.


*The shoe box inside a shipping box, ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn and unused (take into account that this same product could be purchased by another customer later), along with the Return Form. If the product is sent without a safety box, the return will be rejected. You must send the item at your charge.


*If there are additional costs due to customs and taxes these will subtracted from the total refund.
