The son of a textile engineer and a designer, Bidjan created his first studio a few kilometres away from Barcelona to later move to an old clothing factory in the city centre. From there, they work on the last details of his collections in a completely artisanal way, with processes carried out at a local level that include innovative materials such as vinyl, wax or oils and original dyeing processes.
THE EXPERIMENTATION OF 11 BY BORIS BIDJAN SABERI ARRIVES AT SVD

11 is the name under which the designer Boris Bidjan Saberi develops a brand focused on meeting the needs of daily life. The German-Persian designer’s already known experimental silhouettes with applications, graphic techniques and new treatments connected to his beginnings, a teenager passionate about skate, music and the mountains.
11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi avoids fashion’s classic greys in the search for performance focusing on the protection against the elements and utilitarianism. The designer’s industrial influences, the vanguard cuts and the experimental dyeing treatments give as a final result of a series of products with a unique image.
One of the most creative projects consists of the collaboration between 11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi and Salomon who make use of some of these processes and fabrics combinations. Basing themselves on Salomo’s technical outdoor experience, 11 by BBS develops a saga by the name of Bamba (a Catalan localism that refers to sneakers).
11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi’s collections are the result of the heritage of European and Middle Eastern cultures but also references to urban garments that look for a timeless efficiency. Continuous experimentation that pays particular attention to each detail.
